1. Requests for Spectators

Please follow the instructions of the organizers and event staff to help us create a comfortable and safe venue environment.
If you have any questions or concerns on the day of the match, please speak to our event staff.
In the unlikely event of an emergency (such as an earthquake or fire), please follow the guidance of the event staff.

2. Requests Regarding Arrival at the Venue

There is no general parking available at the venue. Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
If you are arriving by bicycle or motorcycle, please use the designated parking areas.
Additionally, please note that parking for individuals with physical disabilities is limited, so please contact the OSAKA BLUTEON Fan Club Secretariat in advance.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Prohibited Items

Unless permitted by the organizer, bringing the following items into the arena (including outside the arena) is prohibited.

• Items that interfere with the comfortable viewing experience of other customers, including players, teams, and event staff
• Items that obstruct the operation or progress of the match, or items that may cause annoyance or danger to others
• Pets and other animals (excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.)

4. Displaying Banners and Similar Items

Displaying banners or similar items brought by customers inside the venue is prohibited.
If any are found displayed, they will be removed. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Unless permitted by the organizer, the following actions are prohibited at the venue.
If you are found to be in violation or if we determine that your actions constitute a violation, you may be asked to leave the venue.

• Entering the venue without a ticket or sitting in seats other than those designated
• Occupying seats or aisles
• Using flash photography, lasers, or other similar items (including acts that interfere with players or teams)
• Entering the court or restricted areas
• Distributing all or part of the audio, video, or still images of the game via the internet, social media, or other media for "commercial purposes" or in a manner that "infringes upon the rights of third parties"
• Acts that interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or cause nuisance or danger to others
• Smoking inside the arena outside of designated areas
• Littering
• Buying or selling goods by unauthorized persons
• Reselling tickets
• Acts that cause nuisance to local residents near the venue
• Acts of intimidating, slandering, or defaming players, teams, other attendees, or event staff

6. Important Notes

• We assume no responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by the customer's own actions.
• Please be aware that balls may fly into the stands during practice and matches, so please exercise sufficient caution.
• When re-entering, you will need to have your ticket stub checked or follow the entry verification method specified at the venue.
• Please be very careful around team buses, vehicles belonging to staff or contractors, and shuttle buses.
• If you are feeling unwell, please speak to a nearby staff member.
• Schedules and event details may be subject to sudden changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of rain or snow, the venue may become slippery, so please be careful when using walkways and stairs.
• There is a limited number of restrooms, so they may become crowded.
• Even after the game ends, you may not enter areas other than the one designated by your ticket.
  (e.g., guests in the 2nd or 3rd floor seats may not enter the arena seats)
• Images (stills and videos) captured by the tournament organizers (including official photographers) may be used on the OSAKA BLUTEON official website, in various media reports, and for various merchandise and promotional materials.
• For your safety and peace of mind during the throwing of autographed balls at home games, please remain in your seat and be considerate of other guests.

7. Information on Fan Club Early Entry (Updates for the 2025-26 Season)

Early entry is limited to the member themselves (Gold/Silver members).
However, up to two family members aged 18 or under may accompany them.^(*1)
